A. The valve positioner or spring is broken
The possible causes and solutions are as follows.
(1) The valve positioner is damaged. A damaged valve lock has the potential to allow the valve to slip
into the cylinder, severely damaging the cylinder.

(2) The valve spring is damaged. Install new valve springs.
B. Organic oil in exhaust gas
The possible causes and solutions are as follows.
(1) There is too much oil in the valve chamber. Be sure to install the plug on the end of the rocker shaft.
(2) The valve guide is worn. The cylinder head needs to be repaired.
(3) The piston ring is worn. Check piston rings and install new parts if necessary.
(4) The sealing ring of the turbocharger is faulty. Repair turbocharger. (5) The air filter element is
clogged. Replace the air filter element.
