When disassembling, a relatively clean site should be selected. Lay out a rubber sheet on your work surface. ①First remove the blockage of the oil drain port and drain the hydraulic oil in the front and rear pump bodies. Then loosen the bolts and remove the valve body from the pump body (front and rear).
② Install the lifting eye screw on the pump shaft, lift the front part of the pump upward, and remove the rear pump and valve body. If necessary, the compression of the butterfly spring can be measured.
③ Remove the front pump, valve body and pump shaft.
④ Loosen the fixing screws, remove the valve cover from the pump body, and then remove the gear pump. And be careful not to remove the valve plate from the valve cover.
⑤ Rotate the pump horizontally, remove the cylinder, and remove the plunger, push plate and spherical bushing. When disassembling, be careful not to damage the joint surface of the cylinder spherical bushing and the sliding shoe.
⑥ Separate the blockage from the regulator on the pump body, and remove the limit block and sealing tube. It is not necessary to remove the swashplate support. Oil seal.

⑦ Loosen the front cover and bolts, install the two bolts and use a rotary chisel to remove the front cover. Since the oil seal is installed in the front cover, be careful not to damage it.
⑧Loosen the bolts and remove the rear cover of the rear pump.
⑨ Remove the swash plate support and baffle.
⑩ Install the front cover to the swash plate support with bolts, tap the valve body lightly with a plastic hand hammer, and remove the pump shaft from the swash plate support. Note: When removing the swash plate support and simultaneously removing the sealing tube installed in the pump casing, the sealing tube will be damaged, so the sealing tube must be removed first.
⑪Remove the swash plate and guide ring. Note that when removing the swash plate and guide ring, the swash plate should be moved downward.

⑫ Install the valve plate to the valve body and valve cover.
⑬ If necessary, remove the needle bearing from the valve body or valve cover. After removing the limit ring, use a copper rod to remove the rolling bearing of the pump shaft.
