Removing steps

(A), three equiometric holes are drilled into the front crankshaft oil seal (1).
2. Carefully use the tool (B) to remove the crankshaft front oil seal (1) from the front cover (3) and the crankshaft pulley adapter (2).
Rotate the position of the tool (B) from one hole to another. Position of the rotation tool (B) to remove the easier crankshaft front oil seal from the crankshaft.
3. Use the tools (C) to collect any chips entering the engine.

1. Ensure that the crankshaft belt pulley adapter and front cover are clean without oil and damage.

2. Use the tools (D) and follow step 2. A to 2. F, to install the crankshaft front oil seal (1).
a. Position the adapter of tool (D) to the crankshaft belt adapter and bolt.
b. Position the new crankshaft front oil seal (1) to the crankshaft front, above the adapter.
c. Align the oil seal mounting tool of the tool (D) with the crankshaft.
Note: Check that the installation tool of the tool (D) is parallel to the adapter.
d. Install the nuts and washer on the positioning tool.
e. Tighten the nuts until the mounting tool drops to the lowest adapter point to install the crankshaft front oil seal (1) to the front
In the cover (3), on the crankshaft pulley adapter (2).
f. Remove the tool (D).
