Cab Air Filter-Clean/Replace NOTICE Do not clean the elements by bumping or tapping them.
Inspect the elements after cleaning. Do not use an element with damaged pleats, gaskets or seals.
When cleaning with pressure air, use 205 kPa(30 psi)
maximum to prevent element damage by too much air pressure.
When cleaning with pressure water, use 280 kPa
(40 psi) maximum to prevent element damage.
1. Remove the filter cover that is located at the bottom of the right hand console.
2. Remove the flter element.
3. Clean the filter element with compressed air or pressure water. Direct the air or the water along the pleats of the element. You can also washthe element with clean water and nonsudsing household detergent.
4. Rinse the filter element thoroughly with clear water.
5. Allow the filter element to air dry. Inspect the element for damage. If the filter element is damaged, replace the filter element.
6. Install the filter element.
7. Install the filter cover.

8.Remove the filter cover that is located on the headliner by the front windshield.
9. Remove the filter element.
10. Clean the filter element with compressed air or pressure water. Direct the air or the water along the pleats of the element. You can also washthe element with clean water and nonsudsing household detergent.
11. Rinse the filer element thoroughly with clear water.
12. Allow the filter element to air dry. Inspect the element for damage. If the filter element is damaged, replace the filter element.
13. Install the filter element.
14. Install the flter cover.
15.Open the door for the filter that is located at the bottom of the right hand console.
16. Remove the filter element.
17. Clean the filter element with compressed air or pressure water. Direct the air or the water along the pleats of the element. You can also washthe element with clean water and nonsudsing household detergent.
18. Rinse the filter element thoroughly with clear water.
19. Allow the filter element to air dry. Inspect the element for damage. If the fiter element is damaged, replace the filter element.
20. Install the filter element.
21. Close the door.
